Any advice for a new hair style?

I'm in desperateee need of a new hair style. Right now it's about 3 inches past my collar bones, parted in the middle, no bangs, some layers that maybe go 2 inches up, and my ends are very damaged. Any advice for what I can do?Any advice for a new hair style?

You must have SPLIT ENDS! When in the shower ALWAYS use conditioner! I would also use Ego Boost. Its by Bed Head and you can get it at Ulta. It works as a leave-in conditioner and a split end mender. You can always curl or straighten your hair. Add a headband or a bow. Always show some personality! I think you should get side swept bangs! I love them. You part your hair on the side. They are pretty easy to style and are so cute! get your hair trimmed at least every 3 months and remember that!
