fail proof spider plant..virtually little care -do not mind being rootbound, will forgive you if you skip a water here and there. no pests or insects, little light, easy transformatio to the outside as an accent plant, and finally can grow large and split into other plants or just trim the baby's- put in a vase of water until roots form, walla....new plants!
*bonus's: flowers when 'babies' are born, two colors verigated or a rich green, use in a hanger or a pot on a stool table.New to plants; could anyone give a starter advice on nice plants for the home?
Your best bet is to go to your local nursery, tell them where you want to put plants eg, North, South, East, West windows and let them point you to the best plants.New to plants; could anyone give a starter advice on nice plants for the home?
Peace Lilly's require very little care and are a nice plant, philodendron are also good. Ficus tree if you have light and room, they don't like to be moved around. Split leaf philodendron is also good.
